144 Main St N - Development Services meeting Dec 12th, 2022
Dear Residents,
 
As many of you are aware, the applicant for 144 Main ST has appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT). The hearing date has been scheduled for March 6th, 2023. City planning staff will be providing an update to Council "In Camera" on Monday, December 12th and will be requesting direction from members of council to attend the OLT to negotiate and/or oppose the application.
Even though the item is discussed in camera, you are welcome to attend and speak either virtually or in person in the public portion of the meeting. 
 
To participate, and make a virtual deputation, please submit a REQUEST to speak form.
Clerks will send a link to our hybrid meeting the morning of the meeting. 
Council chambers is now open to the public and you can attend in person to make a deputation.
 
Written comments should be sent to clerkspublic@markham.ca and need to be received by 5 pm the day prior. 
 
This may be your only opportunity to provide more feedback on the application.
