Thank you for attending the community information meeting, and providing your feedback. A public statutory meeting to discuss the 5871 Hwy 7 E development proposal will be taking place next week. Please see details below for more information.

While residents provided feedback at the community meeting, it is important for all Members of Council to hear your opinion. The feedback given by the public at this meeting is taken into consideration when staff write a recommendation report. Therefore, I encourage residents to attend this public meeting to have your voice heard.
You can attend the meeting in person in Council Chambers or you can attend the meeting virtually. To attend virtually please fill out a Request to Speak Form or email clerkspublic@markham.ca. If someone does not have access to email they can contact the clerk's office at 905 479 7760 on the day of the meeting.
Please submit any written comments by February 24th in order for them to be part of the comments on the agenda. Emails can be sent to clerkspublic@markham.ca
