144 Main St N - Settlement Hearing March 14th 2023
Dear Residents,
 
Please be advised that the City and the applicant have agreed to give up all hearing dates scheduled for next week except March 14th to allow for ongoing discussions. The hearing will NOT start on Monday as previously scheduled.
I have attached the new information that was sent out today from the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) regarding a notice of settlement hearing on March 14th.
